At Little Otter Swim School, we're on a mission to save lives by teaching children to swim. Every lesson we teach builds confidence, develops life-saving skills, and helps children become safer in and around the water.
We're looking for a Family Services Coordinator to be the organizational hub of our swim school. This role combines customer service, enrollment, scheduling, and operations. You'll be the first point of contact for many families while ensuring that registrations, class schedules, makeups, absences, and account information are handled accurately and efficiently.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping details organized.
What You'll Do
Welcome New Families
- Greet prospective and current families in person, by phone, and through email.
- Help parents understand our programs and find the best class options for their children.
- Guide new families through enrollment and onboarding.
Manage Scheduling & Enrollment
- Enroll students into appropriate classes.
- Process transfers, schedule changes, and class upgrades.
- Coordinate makeup lessons and absences.
- Maintain accurate student and family records.
Master Our Operating Systems
- Learn and become highly proficient in our scheduling and enrollment software.
- Accurately manage registrations, attendance, billing information, and class rosters.
- Troubleshoot account issues and ensure data accuracy.
Support Family Success
- Answer questions about lessons, policies, schedules, and progress.
- Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Create a positive, welcoming experience that keeps families engaged and confident in their swim journey.
