As a Swim Teacher, you’ll directly impact the growth and development of our students, fostering their skills in a safe and supportive environment while working closely with your colleagues to ensure each child receives the best possible instruction.

Requirements:
- The ability to work a consistent weekly schedule with minimal absences
- Undergo a background check
Key Swim Teacher Responsibilities:
- Swim Instruction and Relationship Management: Teach swim lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety of all students in and around the water, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Student Progress Monitoring: Track and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to students and parents to ensure continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
