Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 3:00–7:45 PM

Weekends: 4–5 hour shifts at the beginning or end of our day
(8:30 AM–3:30 PM availability window)

🏊♀️ What You’ll Do
As a Swim Instructor, you are responsible for the safety, progress, and confidence of your students. You’ll teach swim skills using our curriculum while adapting to each swimmer’s needs, comfort level, and abilities.
You will:
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers
- Teach and demonstrate swim strokes and skills
- Build water confidence through encouragement and positive coaching
- Communicate regularly with students and teammates
- Support the pool deck as needed
- Report to the Deck Supervisor or Site Supervisor during shifts
- Smile, have fun, and bring great energy to every class
✅ Qualifications
- Intermediate swim experience (knowledge of all swim strokes)
- Ability to demonstrate swim skills in the water
- Caring, patient, and compassionate with children and adults
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
- Ability to work in the water for up to 5 hours
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, dependable team player
- Ability to commit to at least one year
(Afternoons and weekends required)

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school.
