We are looking for someone who can help build confidence and skills in others to transform them into self-aware, strong individuals, in the water and in their daily lives.

About Us: Tatsuki Swimming School provides year-round indoor swimming lessons for families in the Frisco, Plano, McKinney area. Indoor swim classes are available for babies, toddlers, children, and adults in group swim lessons or private swim lessons format.  Our swimming curriculum is designed to ensure your child’s success in becoming a great swimmer. Each swim level has been developed with specific objectives that help our students improve their swimming techniques and be safe in the water. The Tatsuki swimming program started 50 years ago in Japan. Our methods have been combined with local Texas swim instructor experience, placing us at the forefront of instructional swimming programs.  The primary focus for Tatsuki Swimming School is teaching water safety and lifesaving skills. We teach a variety of swimming lessons to suit each child’s unique abilities to help the student grow both physically and intellectually.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to swim: 1-3 years current or prior experience on a swim team is a huge plus
  • Ability to work with children of all ages
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in the Tatsuki Swimming School curriculum
  • Preference given to Lifeguard Certification
  • Preference given to applicants with a flexible schedule, and ability to work 25-30+ hours per week
 Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist students in achieving their swimming goals
  • Provide support and encouragement while teaching skills
  • Maintain awareness of pool safety
  • Provide accurate records of lessons
  • Maintain a courteous and polite demeanor
Education & Experience
  • Any combination of education and experience that leads to the successful completion of position duties and responsibilities.

Compensation: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour




Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school.
