Swim Instructor

Salary: 15-17/hr

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time swim instructor to join our team. As a swim instructor, you will be responsible for providing swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. No experience is required as we will provide all necessary training. The ideal candidate must be at least 16 years old, enjoy working with people, and have a passion for swimming.

Responsibilities:

Teach swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels
Provide guidance and support to swimmers to help them achieve their goals
Ensure the safety of all swimmers in the pool area
Maintain a clean and safe swimming environment
Communicate effectively with students and their parents
Monthly skill tracking of students

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old
Must have a passion for swimming and teaching
Ability to work well with people of all ages and skill levels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
