Inclusion Sports Performance Training is dedicated to promoting water safety, health, and fun through high-quality aquatic instruction for all kids of all abilities. We pride ourselves on offering a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching swimming techniques to children and/or adults, a strong understanding of water safety, and the ability to motivate and connect with students in a positive manner

 We offer private and semi-private lessons for ages 3 years to adult.  We are committed to training our staff and giving them the tools they need to be successful. This is a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.

Qualifications
  • Be a patient, understanding & caring
  • Teaching experience and /or experience working with the special needs community is a plus
  • Experience working with children required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Open to learning and development
  • The ability to think fast on your feet
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Must have reliable transportation

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
