Client Services Representative

Position Summary: As a Client Services Representative at DolFUN Dynamics, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and the public. You'll warmly welcome families, assist with check-ins, gear, payments, and more. Your role is crucial in making everyone feel like a valued part of our community.

About DolFUN Dynamics: DolFUN Dynamics is a premier children’s activity center specializing in aquatic and land-based activities. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can discover their passion for swimming, gymnastics, ninja, and learning through play.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet families with a cheerful smile
  • Inform new and current families about what to expect
  • Answer phones professionally
  • Assist with schedule changes and client services
  • Host tours for potential clients
  • Handle financial transactions with integrity
  • Manage merchandise inventory and facility cleanliness
  • Attend meetings and trainings
  • Maintain professional relationships and boundaries
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Familiarity with DolFUN Dynamics' programs and operations
  • Excellent information navigation and client management software proficiency
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in office equipment and Microsoft Office
Experience and Qualifications (preferred):
  • Experience with client relations management software
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to work weekdays as needed based on customer needs, and Saturdays and Sundays between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Reliable attendance and team support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Experience working with children and families is a plus but not required
The Details:
  • Primary hours: Saturday through Thursday, 7:30 AM - 8:30 PM
  • Hours & days may fluctuate seasonally with enrollment fluctuation.
  • Group health insurance for hourly staff working a minimum of 20 hours a week after 90 days
  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour | Training pay: $15.95 | Age: 18+ preferred
