Responsibilities:
- Teach learn-to-swim and water safety to all ages
- Update student accounts and notes and give skill updates to parents
- Create a fun and safe environment for all
- Smile and have fun during your entire shift :D
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be Reliable - your students depend on it!
- Must be able to commit for at least 6 months
- Passionate about teaching and working with children
- Outgoing and fun personality
- Ability to work in the water for long periods
- Strong communication skills towards students and customers
- Great attitude and willingness to be coached
- The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
- Work afternoon/evening and weekend shifts is required - weekday mornings optional
