Hubbard Family Swim School is currently seeking a part time Inventory Coordinator

Under limited supervision of the Systems Retail Manager, the Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for keeping accurate inventory reports, receiving/stocking/storage of new product shipments, labeling and distribution of retail items and uniforms to locations.  Works closely with Location Retail Team Leads to keep their retail backstock at an appropriate level and proactively anticipate seasonal demands.  Is proficient in Square POS for the management of inventory.   Assists the Systems Retail Manager and Location Team Leads in maintaining consistent retail displays and signage across all HFSS locations.  This position requires leadership, organization, progressive decision-making, and personal responsibility. 
 
Overall responsibility for retail items and inventory at all HFSS locations including:
*Ordering and distribution of employee uniforms for Hubbard Swim and Camp Hubbard.  
*Developing seasonal inventory initiatives, signage and displays. 
*Create outstanding, long-term positive relationships between Hubbard and its vendors.  
*Establish an environment in which staff feel supported, encouraged and part of the Hubbard Family, creating a team culture.  This position requires leadership, organization, progressive decision-making, and personal responsibility.  

Hubbard Family Swim School is a family owned and operated year round indoor swim school. Hubbard provides swim lessons that build confidence and teach water safety skills in a child-centered environment. Our international reputation for excellence in teaching has grown as a result of our passion for teaching and our learn-to-swim techniques. We love teaching and developing every student in our pool. Everyday there is a new success story, a new smile and a chance to make a difference in a child’s life.

Hours:  About 10 hours a week, 30-40 a month - time could surge prior to summer.

Location: This position will, for the most part, be held at our Phoenix swim school (32nd St. and Thunderbird Rd.) but will require occasional/monthly travel to our other 3 locations (Peoria, Goodyear, Mesa).

  • Key Requirements
    • High School Degree with minimum 2 years of related work experience.
    • Detail/Process oriented.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of Google workspace and proficient in Google Sheets and Square POS system. 
    • Retail experience
