Looking for a fun and rewarding job? JMSS is a family owned business with flexible scheduling, paid training and a fun work environment. We are looking for outgoing and friendly individuals to work with our front desk and booking center staff. Customer service experience required.

We offer swim lessons from the age of 6 month - 13 years old and have lessons from parent/child to our pre-competitive swim team. Paid hands on training is provided for all instructors starting at $11 an hour and the opportunity for growth within our company.

Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Communicate effectively with students and families
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Check students in for their classes and assist with any changes to scheduling
  • Show guests around our facility, register new families, give details about our programs
  • Provide a fun, safe and welcoming environment for all kids and their families
  • Take all forms of payment
  • Provide superior customer service to all clients 
Requirements:
  • 16 years and older
  • Must be willing to participate in a phone interview
  • Good communication skills with all ages
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Minimum 6 month commitment
  • Must be able to work at least 2 shifts per week

Hours:
Monday: 2:30pm-7:50pm
Tuesday - Friday: 8:40am - 2pm & 2pm - 7:50pm
Saturday: 8:40am - 12:50pm
Sunday: 9:40am - 1:20pm
