Front Desk Associate


We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Front Desk Associate to join our team this winter! In this role, you will handle various receptionist and clerical duties at our gym. As a key front-line employee, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, ensuring that our gymnasts and their families feel comfortable and valued during their time at our facility.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby, bathroom, and front desk area.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Manage all incoming calls and emails, redirecting as necessary.
  • Monitor and update records and files to ensure accuracy.

Compensation: $15.13 - $18.00 per hour
