About the Role:
We are seeking a Facility Director to start our team at Wisconsin Swim Academy in Suamico, WI. This role is an exciting opportunity to oversee the operations and maintenance of our state-of-the-art facility, and be a part of a passionate team dedicated to providing top-notch swim instruction, water safety education, and an exceptional customer experience.

That is why this position requires that you are trained in water instruction and teach classes while fulfilling your responsibilities as the Facility Director. We have found that this sets the tone for the kind of leadership our staff can expect and also serves to keep your finger on the pulse of what makes our swim instruction great, what could be improved, and the challenges faced by your fellow team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10-15 swim instructors with a focus on servant leadership
- Manage class and staff schedule efficiencies
- Manage and oversee all aspects of facility operations
- Develop and implement facility policies and procedures
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of facility equipment and systems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage facility budget and expenses
- Collaborate with Wisconsin Swim Academy-Appleton Executive/Management Team
- Facilitate monthly growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience in aquatics facility management or a related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Lifeguard instructor certification preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year

Wisconsin Swim Academy is an elite learn to swim program that is dedicated to providing lifesaving Wim lessons to families in our community.
