Swimming Fishies Swim School in Argyle, TX, is dedicated to teaching water safety and swim skills to all ages, with a special focus on our youngest learners. We believe in creating a safe, positive, and confidence-building environment for infants and toddlers to develop vital survival swimming skills.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a certified Infant Survival Swim Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about water safety, experienced in teaching survival swimming techniques to infants and toddlers, and committed to providing a nurturing and professional environment for families.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, market, and manage our infant survival swim program.
  • Conduct infant survival swim lessons with professionalism, care, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Create individualized lesson plans to meet the needs and progress of each child.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and provide tips for continued learning.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic pool environment, following school protocols and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on industry practices and techniques related to infant survival swimming.
Qualifications:

  • Certification from a Reputable Agency: Must hold or have held an Infant Survival Swim Instructor certification (e.g., ISR, IAS, or equivalent).
  • Lifeguard Certification: Current lifeguard certification is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a swim instruction setting is REQUIRED.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of water safety and professionalism.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
