We are looking for a dynamic leader to supervise our CAMPS, help coordinate EVENTS and join our educational SWEET PEAS GYMNASTICS and NINJA EDUCATOR TEAM!

DolFUN Dynamics is an internationally acclaimed swim academy recently expanded to include a new multi-sport center! We offer Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics & Dynamic Ninja programs, camps & enrichment programs, birthday parties, Parents Night Out and year-round special events.
This role will include supervising 11 weeks of Summer Camps and other camps throughout the year, planning events with our Director of Programming and Gymnastics Coordinator while being present to ensure programs are executed and facilitated in a safe and enriching environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Oversee daily camp operations.
Lead and manage your team of camp coaches.
Plan and coordinate crafts/activities for camps and events based on planned themes.
Serve as the primary liaison between DolFUN, students and parents at each event.
Create a FUN and safe environment where kids can develop their imaginations and learning.
Collaborate with a team of passionate educators.
YOU'RE PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
Previous managerial or supervisory experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A background in working with kids (Summer Camp Experience is a plus)
Ability to work with a variety of ages, as young as 6 months through 12 years old.
Enthusiasm for learning and inspiring others.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High energy with a never-ending smile!
Experience with Gymnastics and teaching children highly desired.

Requires physically moving mats, spotting children, and being on your feet.
First Aid/CPR Certification / Lifeguard Certification desired (we will provide if not).

- Mon, Tues, Thurs 3:30p - 8:30p classes
- Sat & Sun 8:30am - 4:30pm. Weekend availability required
- M-TH Summer Camps (June-August) 8:30am-4:30pm
- Fri (one per month) Parents Night Out 5:00p - 9:00p

DolFUN Dynamics multi-Sports Center, located in Portland, OR, is a new 20,000 sf recreational facility that is home to a warm 88–90-degree therapeutic pool with UV system, expansive gym featuring Sweet Peas educational gymnastics and Ninja classes, complete with Tumble tracks, trampolines, ninja rigs, bouldering walls, and gymnastics equipment galore! Adult FIT studio too! Compensation: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
