We have been approved to be a Provider with Wisconsin's Department of Health Services' Children's Long-Term Support Program (CLTS) to provide our life-saving swimming lessons to local families with disabilities. We have an excellent opportunity to provide our lessons to families who might otherwise not have access.

British Swim School is a nationwide provider of survival and stroke development swim lessons with an enhanced focus on a gentle, fun and progressive aquatics program. We are looking for fun-loving individuals to join our fantastic team!

Our mission is to prevent accidental drownings by teaching children and adults, in a fun way, how to survive, swim and enjoy the water safely.

British Swim School has been teaching swim lessons via our signature method for over 40 years. We are confident we can train anyone on how to teach our curriculum - as long as they enjoy the water and have a passion for teaching and coaching,

We teach our premier lessons in either our beautiful warm-water 6 lane, 25 yard lap pool or our smaller warm-water therapy pool at our Cudahy location.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy experience is a huge plus, but not necessary. We offer flexible but consistent shifts.

Competitive pay starting at $18/hour for weekdays and $20/hour for weekends!

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the “Survival of the Littlest.”
