Who We Are

Imagine Swimming is NYC's premier learn-to-swim school, and we’re expanding to Montauk in the Summer of 2025! Since 2002, we’ve shared our love of the water with swimmers of all ages, from infants to adults. Founded by Olympian Casey Barrett and German National Team member Lars Merseburg, Imagine Swimming brings together a diverse and passionate team dedicated to inspiring confidence and joy in the water.
At Imagine, we believe that learning to swim should be fun. Our child-led, creative approach encourages students to develop skills through engaging, play-based lessons. While our teaching methods are highly developed, we value individuality—because it’s the Singer, not the Song that makes each lesson special.

What We’re Looking For

Imagine Swimming is seeking a Flagship Site Director to lead operations at one of our premier facilities. This is a dynamic leadership position responsible for managing classes, staff, and facility operations to ensure a safe, supportive, and high-performing environment for both employees and families.
