What You’ll Do
You’ll be the heart of the operation — keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while making sure our customers and staff feel welcomed, supported, and energized.
Operations & Administration
  • Assist with scheduling classes and managing instructor rosters
  • Support payroll and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Manage inventory and monitor equipment
  • Help coordinate pool partner logistics
 
Customer Experience & Deck Ambassador Duties
  • Welcome families to the pool and create a fun, friendly atmosphere
  • Check water chemistry and deck safety before lessons
  • Answer customer questions about accounts, class progress, and programs
  • Assist instructors and managers during lessons as needed
  • Capture and post photos/videos for social media to showcase our community
  • Keep morale high for both staff and customers with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Manage customer service phone calls and emails

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, enthusiastic personality with a professional demeanor
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Willingness to learn pool safety and program requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service experience (required for full consideration)
  • Experience working with children or in a recreational/fitness environment
  • CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard certification (can be obtained during training)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or scheduling software
