Client Services Manager / Swim Instructor

Remote with On-Site & In-Water Requirements
LowCountry Swim School | Charleston, SC

LowCountry Swim School, the #1 trusted swim school in Charleston, is seeking an experienced, highly organized Client Services Manager / Swim Instructor to join our leadership team.

This executive-level role is ideal for a professional who excels in administration, client communication, and operational coordination, while also being comfortable stepping into the pool to support instruction when needed. The Client Services Manager will work closely with Upper Management  to oversee client experience, internal coordination, and daily operational support.

This is a hybrid position: primarily remote, with required on-site presence and in-water swim instruction as needed. Availability on Saturdays is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as administrative and operational support to upper management

  • Oversee and manage client registrations, onboarding, and ongoing communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for families, answering phones, emails, and resolving concerns professionally

  • Coordinate and manage instructor schedules to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and internal documentation

  • Collaborate with Swim Instructors and leadership to support daily program success

  • Assist with event coordination, including setup, organization, and distribution of information to families and staff

  • Step in as a Swim Instructor as needed to maintain hands-on knowledge when communicating with families

  • Provide in-water support and instruction when required (training provided if needed)

  • Uphold and represent the mission, values, and standards of LowCountry Swim School

  • This role requires compliance with all workplace policies, including safety and conduct standards, particularly for in-water instruction.

Qualifications

Required

  • Prior administrative experience in a leadership, management, or executive-support role

  • Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Professional, confident presence with families, staff, and leadership

  • Availability to work Saturdays

  • Must have Swim Instruction Experience

Preferred

  • Experience in client services, operations, or service-based organizations

  • Swimming or aquatic experience

  • Experience in event coordination or program management
