Charlotte Aquatics is looking for an outstanding leader to join our Leadership Team. This is more than a management position – it's an opportunity to mentor an incredible staff, build meaningful relationships with families, and help shape the culture of one of Charlotte's most trusted swim schools.
As a manager, you'll play an integral role in both our daily operations and our long-term success. You'll coach and develop staff, support families, solve problems thoughtfully, and help create an environment where both employees and customers genuinely love being part of Charlotte Aquatics.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Charlotte Aquatics is the premier swim school in Charlotte! We are family owned / operated and have been providing swim lessons to the community for 27 years. Our child-focused approach builds trust that enables our students to become not only comfortable but confident and competent in the water. Our employees are hand-picked and go through extensive training so they too feel confident in their role and understand how they are part of SAVING KIDS LIVES!
