At Total Aquatics, we teach Puerto Rico to swim from the very first months of life. Our Baby and Me class, where babies share their first water experience with mom or dad right beside them, is one of our most popular programs. We’re looking for someone who makes that moment safe, joyful and unforgettable.
You don’t need to know everything: we train you, and we pay you while you learn. You’ll get our curriculum, the tools and the support you need to shine.

What you’ll do
Keep every baby and every family safe at all times.
Coach parents in the water so their baby builds confidence step by step.
Follow our curriculum, adapting to each baby’s pace, age and comfort.
Build warm relationships with families and teammates.
Report to the Deck or Site Supervisor and support the pool deck as needed.
Smile and have fun your whole shift (seriously, it’s part of the job!).
What we’re looking for
Love and patience for babies, kids and their parents.
Comfort working in the water for shifts of up to 5 hours.
Strong communication skills and a great attitude.
Eagerness to learn and openness to coaching.
The ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Availability for afternoons/evenings and weekends, plus a commitment of at least 1 year.
✨ Bonus: experience with babies or toddlers, or CPR/First Aid certification.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Members of the United States Swim School Association provide swim instruction in their communities that builds confidence and develops safety skills in a student-centered environment.
